Bei frischen 16 \u00b0C ging es auf die Trail-Strecke \u00fcber die Ruhrklippen oberhalb des Hengsteysees. Vom Lauftreff Hagen-Emst ist Heidi \u00fcber die 9 km Distanz (Discovery Trail) gestartet. Friederike, Christian und Stefan durften f\u00fcr die 17 km (Hero Trail) den Trail zweimal durchlaufen. Dauerregens noch nie. Die Rinnsale auf einzelnen Wegabschnitten erinnerten schon fast an einen Bachlauf. Es war an vielen Stellen sehr rutschig und der Weg herunter zum Schiffswinkel war eine einzige Rutschpartie im Schlamm.
