Die beliebten und uns wohlbekannten Laufstrecken wurden im Zuge des Ruhrseen-Halbmarathons im Wettkampfformat angeboten. 09:00 Uhr mit dem 10 km Lauf er\u00f6ffnet. Dort haben Christiane, Heidi, Fred, Peter und Dima teilgenommen. Der Halbmarathon als Hauptlauf wurde um 10:30 Uhr gestartet. Der Halbmarathon war bereits Wochen zuvor mit 1500 Teilnehmenden ausgebucht und auch der 10 km Lauf hatte seine Teilnehmergrenze von 1000 Startenden erreicht. So war es auch ratsam bei der Anreise ein wenig mehr Organisationszeit einzuplanen, da die Parkplatzsituation am Hengstey-Freibad trotz zus\u00e4tzlicher Parkfl\u00e4che auf einem Feld immer etwas angespannt ist. Die Organisation und Rahmenbedingungen im Freibad waren ideal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Laufstrecke des Halbmarathons f\u00fchrte durch alle vier Anliegerst\u00e4dte der Ruhrseen von Hagen \u00fcber Dortmund und Herdecke nach Wetter. Entlang der Strecke wurde reichlich Unterst\u00fctzung geboten. Nicht nur von Zuschauern, die die L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufer anfeuerten, sondern auch musikalisch mit einer Sambaband, einem DJ zur H\u00e4lfte der Strecke und Geigenspiel mit Klavierbegleitung am Ufer des Harkortsees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Premiere an Hengstey- und Harkortsee.
