Laufkalender. Am Sonntag, dem 16.03.2025, fiel der Startschuss f\u00fcr den 10 km Lauf. Bei k\u00fchlem (8 \u00b0C) aber sonnigem Wetter waren daf\u00fcr 7 Runden auf dem schnellen, flachen Rundkurs zu absolvieren. Stefan ist mit 43:13 Min. in neuer pers\u00f6nlicher Bestzeit gelaufen (23. \/ 2. M40). Christian \u00fcberquerte nach 51:11 Min. (57. \/ 8. M55) die Ziellinie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ralf D. ist erst am Vortag des Laufs kurzfristig auf die Teilnehmerliste gerutscht, da er einen gebuchten Startplatz, der aufgrund Erkrankung nicht wahrgenommen werden konnte, \u00fcbernommen hat. Damit war f\u00fcr ihn auch der in seinem Trainingsplan f\u00fcr den Venloop anstehende 10 km Lauf erf\u00fcllt, den er in 1:02:00 h lief (87. \/ 8. M60).
