Bei sonnigem Wetter und kaum Wind waren es trotz K\u00e4lte gute Laufbedingungen. Beim Zieleinlauf lagen die Temperaturen bereits um den Gefrierpunkt und jedem Laufenden war richtig warm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Rundkurs war weitgehend trocken. Bis zuletzt wurde der Zustand beobachtet und die Strecke pr\u00e4pariert. Daf\u00fcr wurden auch 4 Minuten Verz\u00f6gerung beim Start in Kauf genommen, um alle Vorbereitungen abzuschlie\u00dfen. In zwei Kurven, wo dennoch etwas Eis am Rand lag, wurde durch Ordner auf die Gefahrstellen hingewiesen.<br>Auch im Ziel war alles gut organisiert. Um 11:00 Uhr fiel der Startschuss f\u00fcr den 5 km Lauf, den Stefan in neuer pers\u00f6nlicher Bestzeit lief. Eine neue Bestmake hatte Claudia R. zuvor auch beim 10 km Lauf erreicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Startenden vom Lauftreff Hagen-Emst erzielten folgende Ergebnisse. <br>10 km: Friederike (49:00 Min.), Christian (53:05 Min.), Roland K. (54:03 Min.), Claudia R. (55:59 Min., neue PB!) <br>5 km: Stefan (21:17 Min., neue PB!) <br>Herzlichen Gl\u00fcckwunsch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erstmals gab es ein Teilnehmerlimit von insgesamt 1.000 L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufern (5 und 10 km). Die Winter Edition war ausgebucht.
