November 2022 waren auch 12 Teilnehmende des Lauftreff Emst unter den 250 Startenden vertreten. Auf der anspruchsvollen Strecke \u00fcber 10 km werden ca. 300 H\u00f6henmeter \u00fcberwunden. Auf Waldwegen und Singletrails werden der Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm, der Bismarckturm und der Eugen-Richter-Turm passiert.<\/p>\n<p>Jeweils den 2. Platz in ihrer Altersklasse erreichten Friederike (56:29, W45) und Ralf S. (1:17:23, M65).
